The new bathroom and the old
As you can see, when we bought the house the bathroom door opened against the commode. The door and wall areas were the dreadful green. 1950s-style tile/paneling was glued to the lower half of the walls. The toilet was filled with rust and positioned against the shower wall.
New vinyl flooring, a new toilet, some fresh paint, some flowers and the whole area takes on a new look. We changed the door to swing out and added new lighting. There is even heat in this room. Imagine what it must have been like in the winter with no heat!!
