1 The figure of 119 years is inexact, technically, but is based on the date proprietors received a charter from King Charles of England in 1665
2 The "White House" was built on lot #33.
3 Mr. Sofley passed away in 1975. He purchased the house and property six months prior to his marriage to Ethel Allen in June of 1920. Mrs. Sofley held the title until her death in 1996. Her estate sold the house and 3 1/2 acres to the Mortons in 1997.
