Betty and I are very active with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. We have served as chapter chair or co-chair for the Piedmont Chapter in Greensboro, NC and Russ served as co-chair of the Charlotte, NC Chapter. Russ served as the North Carolina State Volunteer Chair for 6 years (2005 - 2010). We try to attend fund raising banquets throughout the state and occasionally in other states.
